Full Scale takes a different approach to the traditional “Agency” business model. Having been in the Recruiting industry for over 20 years, it was evident that our model would greatly benefit our Clients by keeping things simple and by cutting out all the fat. From our inception, our business model has been to work virtually with our Recruiting Partners and Affiliates. This enables us to significantly reduce our overhead and pass the savings on to our Clients.
We have developed a well oiled network of seasoned Recruiters and HR practitioners throughout the country who possess various areas of expertise within a wide variety of disciplines which include:

When our Clients have a need, we assess the specific requirement and determine which Recruiters or HR practitioners in our network would be best suited based on their specific industry experience to work the positions. This allows everyone in the network to focus in their particular discipline and do what they do best!
Each Client is assigned one point person for the company who will be their primary liaison to facilitate and orchestrate communication, feedback, phone screens, interviews, and negotiate offers and more!
We constantly strive to offer a boutique approach and intimately get to know our Clients and Candidates alike, which is evidenced by the number of Candidates we place per year.
