Client Synopsis:

Full Scale Solutions is currently recruiting for the following position located in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for performing professional HR related duties working closely with VP Global HR in supporting Corporate HR initiatives. This includes compensation administration, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employee relations, performance management, global mobility, records management, reporting, administration and legal/regulatory compliance.

Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze, implement and administer compensation programs which support short- and long-range business objectives globally, including base pay plans and incentive plans.
  • Coordinate equity plan administration to include generating equity award agreement and participant communications for annual grant awards, participant education and vestings.
  • Manage relationship with equity plan administrator and work directly with equity plan administrator and transfer agent to ensure excellent service and to gather required reporting for accounting and reconciliation reporting.
  • Coordinate reporting for named insiders including non-employee directors and deal directly with brokers for reporting.
  • Assist with preparing executive compensation disclosures in the annual report and proxy and collaborate with in-house and external legal counsel on compliance issues.
  • Administer the corporate expatriate program. Manage immigration compliance for US operations.
  • Administer the Corporate recruiting/selection programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce. Oversee job descriptions, job posting and other talent recruitment/placement processes. Ensure consistent on-boarding process.
  • Responsible for HRIS data management; provides backup payroll support.
  • Generate HR reports, analyze data and perform audits and provide research and analysis to support HR metrics, presentations and policy development.
  • Coordinate employee life cycle activities and processes, from employee hiring to performance management to exits/separations.
  • Maintain HR intranet site, ensuring all information is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Ensure legal compliance on all employment-related areas. Ensure implementation and monitor compliance of existing company policies and programs and provide training where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of related HR expertise.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with compensation, equity administration, global mobility, recruitment, HRIS, performance management, employee relations and/or employment law. HR Generalist experience with Compensation concentration preferred.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing skills to support correspondence, reports and employee communications.
  • Solid understanding of employee law fundamentals (FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, ACA, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of basic compensation processes.
  • Research and analytical skills to support development of policy, tools and to analyze pertinent trends.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent working knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of and ability to use payroll/HRIS software.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at diverse levels within a multi-cultural global workforce.
  • Ability to tolerate change and ambiguity.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
