Full Scale Solutions is currently recruiting for the following position located in San Francisco, CA (Bay Area). Our Client is a remarkably successful company who is growing at break-neck speed.

Our Client's business is growing and our operations are expanding as they continue to provide innovative products and services and develop creative partnerships with the fastest growing communication providers and application developers. They are seeking to hire a dynamic and outgoing individual as National Account Executive in the San Francisco Bay area to identify and develop new business, provide product solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.

Candidate must have a proven track record of successful relationship management, generating new business and creating revenue opportunities with some of the biggest names in North America as well as early stage technology start-ups in the bay area.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through professional sales calls and follow-ups.
  • Maintain existing sales and actively seek opportunities resulting in profitable growth.
  • Determine potential opportunities from marketing leads, cold calls and other sources.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and market analysis within assigned territories.
  • Analyze customer and market needs, pricing models and network operations input.
  • Proactively manage customer projects to ensure customer needs are understood and met, including championing product development activities and following-up on customer requests.
  • Work closely with internal and external Marketing, Technical, Customer Service & Network Operations Groups.
  • Continue to develop relationships and contacts at all levels within focus accounts and prospects.
  • Maintain current information in the sales automation system including account profile, competitive profiles, account strategies, pricing information, etc.
  • Manage territory travel to optimize interaction with customers and budget.
  • Accurately Forecast and track sales through salesforce.com.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree, Business. Marketing/Sales, or similar.
  • 5+ yrs. of industry sales experience.
  • Experience with the Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Experience in solution selling voice services.
  • Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
