Client Synopsis:

Full Scale is currently recruiting for the following position located in Durham, NC.

We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager who possesses Drug Development experience. This individual will be responsible for setting the strategy, development, and validation of biomakers, cell-based immunogenicity and enzymatic assays to support preclinical, clinical and product release studies. This incumbent will be an integral company liaison with clients to assure successful on-time execution of assays, validation and sample analysis under GxPs. The ideal incumbent should possess significant managerial experience, as they will be managing a team of scientists and analysts. This incumbent will be charged with the design and execution of experiments as efficiently as possible and with conducting routine analysis. Responsible for the presentation of data to team and clients alike. Will be performing statistical analysis, preparing SOP's and writing reports along with coaching and mentoring the team on best scientific techniques and approach and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven record of developing immunoassays in some or all of the following immunoassay platforms: ELISA, MSD-ECL, RIA, DELFIA, HTRF and AlphaScreen.
  • Requires a degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology or related field with broad bioanalytical background.
  • Must be a savvy individual who possesses expertise with technical execution expertise.
  • Must be a strong leader who possesses the ability and knowledge to effectively manage teams and with clients to meet objectives under time constraints.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Experience working in a GxP environment is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Will be required to travel to meet with clients as needed.
