Client Synopsis:

Full Scale Solutions is currently recruiting for the following position located in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Our Client is a leading provider of SaaS solutions. Their solutions improve the operational efficiency, profitability, and predictability of their Clients' performance for property management and ownership groups.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements and product enhancements.
  • Translate and write requirement documents to effectively communicate business and product needs to Product team, and other relevant technical teams.
  • Support customer sales and on-boarding engagement teams ensuring customer successes.
  • Educate internal staff on product capabilities and customer-specific customizations.
  • Stay informed on product roadmap, process, and alignment with strategic business objectives supported by industry research, customer data, market analysis, and business cases.
  • Understand in detail the business problems they can solve and the value proposition to deliver to the customer.
  • Provide input toward product investment decisions in new and existing product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams within the company: Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BS or BA degree.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, SaaS business model.
  • Project Management (Required): 5 years.
  • Hospitality Industry (Highly Desirable): 3 years.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal “direct-line” authority.
  • Knowledge of hospitality solutions, ie PMS, Accounting, Revenue Management.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party data providers and systems, i.e. STR, Medallia.
  • Knowledge of our product, hospitality trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience working with near-shore and off-shore team.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work successfully with customers and business partners directly.
  • Good understanding of agile product development methodology.
  • Excellent problem solving ability in high pressure situations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Intense knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to travel to customer and non-customer sites in the US (10%).
